Performance improvements by caching the injection setter methods for each element.
Replaced all StringBuffer occurances by StringBuilder and removed the thread lock pre-allocations that was needed to achieve a speed increase with StringBuffer.
RetroWeaver translates all StringBuilder occurances back to StringBuffer to make the jar usable on JDK 1.4 (though a bit slower).
Added support for StringBuilder where StringBuffer is support for SQL conversion and such.
