CallTargetNotFoundException	Thrown when a call target couldn't be resolved to a proper ContinuableObject.
ContinuableLocalVariableUncloneableException	Thrown when a local variable in a ContinuationStack couldn't be cloned when a continuation is resumed.
ContinuationsNotActiveException	Thrown when a continuations method has not been instrumented.
MissingActiveContinuationConfigRuntimeException	Thrown when the active continuation runtime configuration isn't set.
