Martin Fowler names RIFE's API approach: Fluent Interface

At last I know what to name the API design that most important RIFE classes adopt. I have been trying to use 'chainable builder methods' or 'chainable setters', but people never really understood the how and the why.

Thanks to Martin Fowler's paper we can now thus easily refer to our API style as 'Fluent Interface' and people will say: Aahaa!

Thanks Martin!
