I spent some time today to set up http://rifers.org website. It needs a lot of work, but the infrastructure is now laid out. It will offer a central home for people that need hosting for RIFE projects. They will get a free issuetracker, mailinglists, RIFE web applications hosting and email accounts. Currently the first project is available : Elephant (http://elephant.rifers.org). It's a blogging application that's being written by JR Boyens and Mikael Hallendal.
The main domain will host common resources such as documentation (http://rifers.org/docs), the issue tracker (http://rifers.org/issues) and a lot of functionalities that I'm planning to develop. This will include a common forum developed in RIFE, blogs developed in RIFE (Elephant? ;-)) and a repository where developers are able to share individual elements, sites, participants, templates, ...
Don't hesitate to contact me if you want hosting or are available for some help on the implementation of all this.
